Event Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy: At New Eden, we strive to make our events as accessible and flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all participants. Please review our refund and ticket transfer policy below: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before the Event • If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% fee to cover administrative and processing costs. • However, this 10% fee will not be lost! It will be stored as credit and issued to you as a voucher that can be applied to any future Heart iQ event within 12 months of the cancellation date. 2. Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of the Event • If you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refund will be issued due to the short notice, which impacts our ability to fill your spot. 3. Ticket Transfers If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person, provided they: • Meet the event’s participation criteria, and • Are approved by us through the application process. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange the ticket transfer and ensure the new attendee completes their application on time.
